refer to consumers who are customers, applicants or borrowers
of CLFG.
Section 10: Your Right to Opt-Out
You may opt out and direct us not to disclose nonpublic
personal information about you, except as permitted by law,
to:
1. nonaffiliated third parties as described in Section 2,
and
2. affiliated third parties as described in Section 3.
We will consider an opt-out by any joint borrower as an
opt-out by all borrowers. At this time, CLFG
identifies all of its customers, applicants and borrowers as
having selected to opt out and not to disclose nonpublic
personal information except as provided above, without the need
for any further actions on your part.
Section 11: Cookies
We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data
stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your
access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site.
